ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner engaged one Arun for construction of a new house. Mr.Arun, in turn, engaged one 1/4

Mr.Ramachandran @ Appu for doing tiles work. During the course of work, it appears that due to electrocution, Mr.Ramachandran @ Appu died. Therefore, a case under Section 304(A) and 506(ii) IPC was registered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has nothing to do with the death of Mr.Ramachandran @ Appu due to electrocution. However, the respondent police frequently thretening him through phone. Therefore, he came up with this anticipatory bail petition. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that now on the complaint given before the Superintendent of Police, Salem District, petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent. He requested this Court to direct the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also the fact that the investigation is in preliminary stage, this Court directs the petitioner to cooperate with the second respondent in the enquiry of this case. The second respondent is directed not to arrest the petitioner during the enquiry. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed. 2/4
