JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the Judgment and Decree dated 03.09.2003 made in M.C.O.P.No.165 of 1997 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Judge), Panruti.
2. Already, an order was passed by this Court dated 11.04.2008 had not been complied with inspite of giving sufficient opportunity. Today also the directions of this Court is not complied with.
