Respondent Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.1080 of 2018 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the Subordinate Court, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed in the cause list, H.M.O.P. No.1080 of 2018 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to Subordinate Court, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District. The learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to the logical end.
