This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 06.04.2016, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute, inasmuch as even according to the petitioner, he has business transaction with the opposite party from the year 2014 to 2016 and thereafter, dispute appears to have arisen.
