Prayer : Appeal against the Order of the Subordinate Court, Hosur in AS Nos.13, 17 and 18 of 2002 dated 31.12.2003 in reversing the judgment and decree dated 20.11.2001 made in O.S.No.332 of 1991 & No.165/1983 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Hosur.
Order : These petitions coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court material paper in this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Raghavachari, Advocate for the Appellants in both CMAs and Mr.S.Saravanakumar,for Mr.M.Sudhakar, for Respondents-1 & 9 in all CMAs and Mr.D.Thirunavukkarasu, counsel for Respondents 5 & 6 and None appeared either in person or by an advocate for the Respondents 2 to 4,7 & 8, this Court while allowing these Civil Miscellaneous appeal has ordered as follows:-
1. The Judgment as decree dated 31.12.2003 made in A.S.Nos.13, 17 and 18 of 2002 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur, be as hereby as set aside the Subordinate Court, Hosur, restore the Appeal Suits as proceed to dispose of the cases within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in the light of the observations as directions contained in the judgment herein and
2. That there be no costs in these appeals.
