CMP.Nos.14433 and 14434 of 2003 in S.A.No.550 of 2002 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement of the above Second Appeal on account of death of the 1st respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the 1st respondent(since deceased) namely the respondents 10 to 15 in the above C.M.P on the respondents 11 to 16 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Accordingly, a paper publication was effected through "The Malai Malar, chennai for 4th respondent in Second Appeal and Dharmapuri Edition for proposed 16th respondent in Second Appeal on 31.07.2019 and "The Daily Thanthi, Bangalore Edition for 10th respondent in Second Appeal and proposed 13th respondent in Second Appeal on 01.08.2019 and the same was recorded. 3.Heard both sides.

4.There is no serious objection raised by the respondent side. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 5.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, in the interest of justice, these petitions are allowed.
