This Court while disposing of the above said Criminal Original Petition on 07.06.2019 directed the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.184 of 2013, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (FAC), Krishnagiri, through his letter dated 11.02.2020 has prayed for extension of one month time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.184 of 2013, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Krishnagiri, since the order passed by this Court dated 07.06.2019 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (FAC), Krishnagiri, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further one month time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.184 of 2013, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Krishnagiri. 4.Accordingly, this Court grants further one month time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.184 of 2013, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Krishnagiri, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 07.06.2019.
