The present Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed Under Section 80(A) of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1973, dated 02.01.2023 filed by the petitioner and forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 by initiating any coercive action of lock and seal or De-occupation with regard to the petitioner property in S.No.6204, Mambalam, Guindy 2/4

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the appeal filed Under Section 80(A) of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1973, has been disposed of by the 1st respondent by the order dated 05.01.2023 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
