Mr.Hari Hara Arun Somasankar Government Advocate [Crl. Side] COMMON ORDER This Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.33 of 2011 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent Police produced the draft charge sheet and also submitted that the investigation in this case is completed and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3.It is seen that the case is of the year 2011 and the charge sheet has been made ready only on 20.11.2012. The respondent Police is directed to file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate without any further delay. On receipt of the same, the trial Court shall peruse the final report and take it on file forthwith. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
