(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the respondents to cause production of her husband, M.Sathish Kumar/the detenue, aged about 27 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced an affidavit of Mr.P.Rajendran, Inspector of Police, T-4, Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai, wherein, it is stated that the alleged detenu M.Sathish Kumar/A2 along with other accused Mohankumar @ Mohan/A2 was arrested and a case has been registered in Crime No.622 of 2015 under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 506(ii) IPC on the file of T-4, Maduravoyal Police Station.

4.Based on the legal proceedings, we are of the view of that there is no illegal detention by anybody. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is not legally sustainable in law and accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
