Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.THANGARAJU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9170 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.805 of 2018, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner deposited the entire cheque amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram and since the petitioner is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court to appear every day before the Trial Court, taking note of the fact, that the entire cheque amount has been deposited, in the earlier order passed by this Court on 11.07.2018 in para No.4, with regard to the signing before the Trial Court of the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, is hereby stands relaxed.
