2.This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.24 of 2009 on the file of the Central Crime Branch Bank Fraud Team XI Egmore, Chennai-08 and quash the same.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the Investigating Agency to expedite the investigation and complete the same as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent concedes to the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, this Court directs the Central Crime Branch Bank Fraud Team XI Egmore, Chennai-08, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2009 and complete the same as early as possible.

6.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
