As the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2024 to transfer patta in respect of the property situated at Krishnagiri District, Krishnagiri Taluk, Jagadap Village, Existing Patta No.2574, Survey No.420/1B3 measuring an extent of 0.02.5 Ares land has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2024, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
