This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R in Crime No.194/2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet is made ready for offence under Section 307 and 294(b) IPC, which is to be filed shortly.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
