This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue necessary direction to the first respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation on the basis of the complaint dated 14.08.2018 made by the second respondent. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is being unnecessarily harassed by the respondent police in connection with the complaint in the year of 2018. He further submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent and civil suits are pending. Despite the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police are aware about the civil suit, the respondent police are joining hands with the second respondent and forced the petitioner to settle the issue. Hence she filed this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police never involved in any civil disputes. The apprehension of the petitioner is uncalled for. The petitioner never called for any enquiry.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
