ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue individual patta to the petitioner in respect of his plots comprised in S.F.No.347/1A, situated at Kadampadi Village, Sulur, Coimbatore District, based on the representation dated 07.03.2012, after receiving all the necessary charges as per law.

2. The petitioner applied individual patta by the representation dated 07.03.2012 in respect of his plots comprised in S.F.No.347/1A, situated at Kadampadi Village, Sulur, Coimbatore District before the respondents. However, due to paucity of ten years, the representation of the petitioner may not be available in the office of the third respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application for issuance of patta in respect of the subject property, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
