This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 04.03.2016, it is seen that the petitioner had transaction with the opposite party sometime in the year 1990, in respect of which, the present complaint has been lodged. The allegation appears to be civil in nature.

4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR and this petition is closed.
