JUDGMENT

This Court by its earlier order dated 08.12.2020 made it clear that the Appellant will have to file the Affidavit of service of notice on the contesting respondent by 21.12.2020 failing which the Appeal will be dismissed. Admittedly, no steps have been taken by the Appellant till date to serve notice on the respondent and affidavit of service has also not been filed. Since steps have not been taken to serve notice on the respondent and in accordance with the earlier order dated 08.12.2020, this Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No Costs.
