2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there was no representation on behalf of the appellants for the last two hearings. Today also, there is no representation for the appellants.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that when the matter was listed on 18.04.2022 and 28.04.2022. there was no representation for the appellants.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the appellants.

5. In the event of continuous absence for the last three occasions on the side of the appellants, this Appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
