This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the above revision against the order passed in M.P.No.16 of 2015 in M.C.No.331 of 2014 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Hence, Crl.M.P.No.297 of 2019 is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order, and list the matter along with Crl.O.P.No.29167 of 2018 on 27.08.2021.
