O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 24.01.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for disconnection of the subject matter E.B. Service connection.

2. Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents, based on instruction, submitted that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and an order was passed on 09.03.2018 and communicated to the petitioner on 14.03.2018.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, however, by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy against the order already passed on his representation, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order. No costs.
