This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the satisfaction Court as District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Shozhinganallur instead of Judicial Magistrate -II, Alandur in the petitioner and the order dated 03.01.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.32603 of 2024.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and issue fresh copy of the order. 08.01.2025 mn Note: Issue order copy on 08.01.2025
