respondent in G.O.(2D) No.29 dated 17.11.2011 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue amended orders to the effect that permission is accorded to fill up the vacant post of superintendent in the Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore - 29 with effect from 01.01.2008, the date from which the post remained vacant consequently the 1st respondent may also be directed to order that the promotion of the petitioner as superintendent is approved with effect from 1.1.2008 with all consequential monetary benefits.
