Crl.M.P.No.550 of 2024 in Crl.Appeal No.1000 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.550 of 2024 in Crl.Appeal No.1000 of 2022 M.S.RAMESH, J., and SUNDER MOHAN,J., (Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN,J.,) The petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1000 of 2022 dated 12.12.2023.

2. This Court, while enlarging the petitioner on bail, imposed one of the conditions to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond and furnish two sureties for a likesum of Rs.50,000/- and one of the sureties should be blood relative. Since the petitioner could not arrange blood surety, he could not execute the surety and therefore, filed the present petition, seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that instead of blood surety, the trial Court shall accept the petitioner's wife as surety and Crl.M.P.No.550 of 2024 is allowed.

5. The other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1000 of 2022, shall stand unaltered.
