ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that though the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.335 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police, investigation in this case has already been completed and the case has been referred as 'Mistake of fact' and RCS has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur in RCS.No.15 of 2025 dated 10.11.2025.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.01.2026 skt : Yes/No 2/4
