This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 14.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14595 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16943 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
