ORDER
The present Writ Petition filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from permitting the 4th respondent in utilizing the Existing Solar Feeder Poles belonged to the petitioner for establishing the connectivity between the solar power plant of the 4th respondent at S.F. Nos.82, 83 and 371/1 Kuttam Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District to the Renganathapuram 110/22-11 KV Sub Station.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
In view of the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. No costs.
