This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Sessions Judge for exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai in Dis.No.722 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.703 of 2022, this Court by an order dated 25.01.2022, directed the trial Court to dispose of the Spl.S.C.No.158 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, the Special Court for exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai has sent communication dated 15.07.2022 in Dis.No. 722 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.158 of 2021 and sought further period of six months time to complete the trial in the said case. 3.
