The petitioners/A1 and A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 364-A of IPC in Crime No.623 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2..Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.It is stated that the husband of the de facto complainant was kidnapped by the petitioners herein and A3 threatened him demanding money. Later, he was left out. He was doing milk business and money lending business. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to A3 in Crl.OP.No.27559 of 2023, by order dated 06.12.2023. However, it is stated that as against the 1st petitioner/A1, there are 8 previous cases and as against the 2nd petitioner/A2, there are 2 previous cases.

4. Earlier, the criminal original petition seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed on 08.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27599 of 2023. There is

no change in circumstances. The petitioners are still absconding.

5. Taking into consideration and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. 29.01.2024 ari
