This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the 2nd respondent on 03.05.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. On reading of the closure report, it transpires that the actual amount paid by the petitioner for his son's admission has been returned and that the opposite party is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

willing to pay the expenses incurred by the petitioner for sending his son to Phillipines.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
