Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.MP.8407/2020 in Crl.A.519/2020 dated 18.12.2020 pending disposal of CRL.A.NO.519 of 2020 IN CRL.MP.NO.1885/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIMAHESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.8407 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.519 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, time is extended for a period of fifteen

(15) days from today(17.02.2022) to comply with the order dated 18.12.2020.
