This application has been filed to raise the attachment Order of this Court dated 17.07.2019 made in A.No.3886 of 2019.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that after the Order of attachment, entire amount is settled.

Therefore, the Finance Company has filed the present application to raise the attachment.

3. Accordingly, this application is Ordered and the Order of attachment of this Court dated 17.07.2019 made in A.No.3886 of 2019 is raised. The registry is directed to communicate the Order raising attachment to the concerned SRO, Tehsil Boudh.
