ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the conditional deposit lying in the credit of the XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. This Court vide order dated 13.08.2024, allowed the Miscellaneous petition with the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs to the credit of OS No. 540 of 2018 before the XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. Accordingly, amount was deposited by the appellant. Now, the petitioner/respondent filed this petition to withdraw the said amount.

3. As on date, the said amount is lying in the Court account. The XIX Additional City Civil Court, is directed disburse the said amount lying in OS No. 540 of 2018, to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
