ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the regular sanctioned post of Lab Assistant in the fourth respondent School from the date of appointment on 28.02.2018 and to make the payment of salary with all consequential service benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order dated 16.3.2018 passed by the third respondent returning the proposal sent by the fourth respondent school has been withdrawn and a fresh order will be passed accepting the proposal seeking approval of the appointment of the petitioner.

3. Recording his statement, this writ petition is closed permitting the third respondent to pass orders on the proposal sent by the fourth respondent school within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
