This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.117 of 2016 for man missing was initially registered by the 3rd respondent-police and later altered to Section 302 IPC. During the course of investigation, the police wanted to enquire the petitioners. It is further represented that the petitioners appeared before the police for enquiry and the petitioners are not required for further enquiry.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
