J., It appears that the first respondent Corporation has found some unauthorised construction put up by the second respondent during the month of March 2019 and the Corporation has issued a notice under the Act for stopping the construction. Despite the notice, the second respondent proceeded with the construction and therefore the Assistant Commissioner, Salem Corporation has issued a notice dated 05.03.2019 to the second respondent that necessary criminal proceedings has been initiated against him.

2. Mr.Sathish, learned counsel takes notice for first respondent. Notice to the 2nd respondent, returnable by 19.01.2021. Private notice is also permitted.
