ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 08.12.2025 in Paragraph No.7(c) that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, 1/4

as and when required for interrogation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32163 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025 with a condition that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation". As per the order of this Court, the petitioner has only twelve (12) days complying with the conditions and thereafter not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32163 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025 and now the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the very same condition. Hence, she prayed to dismiss the petition.

Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), and the fact that instead of three weeks comply with the condition, the petitioner has only 12 days complied with, and now the present petition seeking relaxation of the condition, this Court is of the view that the same is not entertainable. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32163 of 2025 2/4

dated 08.12.2025.
