ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) Invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner/mother of the minor detenue C.Sowmiya @ Sandhiya, aged about 15 years, has filed this petition to secure his daughter, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the third respondent and to hand over her custody to the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter who was studying in 10th standard in DGM Higher Secondary School at Sethiathoppe was missing from 04.05.2015 and hence, having no other alternative remedy, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. Today the detenue C.Sowmiya @ Sandhiya, is produced before this Court by the respondents 1 and 2. The petitioner/father of the detenue is also present before us.

5.On enquiry, the detenue expressed her willingness to go along with the her father, the petitioner herein, who is present before this Court today. The petitioner has also accepted to take her daughter with him.

6. Recording the statements made by the alleged detenue and her father/the petitioner herein, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
