ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.132 of 2023 in S.C.No.114 of 2022 on the 1/4

file of the learned Sub Judge, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District, by its order dated 17.11.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Sub Judge, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District in Crl.M.P.No.132 of 2023 in S.C.No.114 of 2022 on 17.11.2023 with a condition that the petitioner should produce two blood related sureties except his father. The learned counsel further stated that the petitioner has no brother/sister and has only parents available. The learned counsel also stated that the mother and father of the petitioner are ready to stand as sureties to the petitioner. Therefore, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Sub Judge, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District in Crl.M.P.No.132 of 2023 in S.C.No.114 of 2022 dated 17.11.2023, is modified that the words 'except 2/4

father' is removed and the petitioner is directed to produce two blood related sureties. The other conditions shall remain intact. 30.01.2024 vkr Note: Issue order copy on 30.01.2024.
