This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.4431 of 2014 on the file of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 under Sections 191, 192, 193 and 500 I.P.C. and quash the same against the petitioner.
