ORDER

Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent authority has revoked the suspension order of the petitioner and the petitioner was also reinstated into service. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survives for consideration and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. The aforesaid submission is not disputed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
