(Order of the Court was made by the Acting Chief Justice) Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learn counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 2 to 9.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 9 to conduct proper enquiry on petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2016 and take necessary action against the 10th respondent for deviation of flats and violation of the constructed building

flat situated at No.2, 10th Street, M.G.R. Nagar, Velachery,

It is the case of the petitioner that the tenth respondent/ builder had constructed flats by violating planning approval and also obtained sewerage connection to the said flats with the aid of local politicians and officials of the Sewerage Board. Complaining about the same, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent authorities on 15.12.2016. However, the same did not evoke any response from the respondent authorities. Hence, the present writ petition.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct the petitioner to submit one more representation to respondents 6 and 7 specifically expressing his grievance as to the illegalities committed by the tenth respondent in obtaining sewerage connection and on such representation being made, the respondent authorities shall look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
