Instant Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to remove all 3,569 old PSC pipes from Mangalam Store Yard, Thirukalukunram in dismantled condition and reduce the fixed price of PSC pipes to the tune of Rs.2,000/-.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
