(CR.NO. 762 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 23847 of 2021 by an order dated 09.12.2021 the petitioner would appear before the satisfaction court on every Monday instead of every Saturday and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble court may deem fit and proeper and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.P.SENNIYANGIRI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23847 of 2021 on 09.12.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
