ORDER
(1) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. (2) A Report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.1, Villupuram, dated 24.07.2015 in which, the learned Magistrate had stated that the present petitioner had filed a private complaint under Section 200 to 205, u/s.19 of the PC Act, 1988, 13[1][2][3][4][5], 120
[b] r/w 173 Cr.P.C., 306, 406, 416, 418, 147, 148, 294, 447, 420, 427, 468, 471, 506[i] IPC against the respondents herein.
(3) The learned Magistrate had expressed much grievance stating that the complaint had been returned and thereafter, the learned Principal District Judge had passed orders in CMP.No.2878/2013 dated 07.04.2014 and finally, the learned Magistrate had forwarded the complaint to the Investigating Officer to investigate and file the Final Report. (4) In view of the fact that there has been compliance of the orders in CMP.No.2878/2013 dated 07.04.2014, which is the relief sought for in the present petition, the present petition does not survive any more.
(5) In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
