2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.230 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 452, 324 and 379 of IPC.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
