Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to consider and pass orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2020 preferred by the Petitioners herein submitted for issuance of separate subdivision Patta in the Petitioner's name in so for as the lands in lands in Survey number 414 of Pallikaranai Village and as per the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer & District Revenue Officer the Respondents 2 & 1 herein. ORDER

The petitioners have preferred a representation to the third respondent on 09.12.2020 for revenue sub division and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for issuance of separate patta in respect of the land in Sy.No.414 of Pallikaranai Village, Solinganallur Taluk, Chennai.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 15.02.2021 at 11.00 a.m. at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildar.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

6.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 05.04.2021.
