ORDER
The Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, No.1, Jaffar Syrang Street, Vallal Seethakathi Nagar, Chennai-600 001 is suo motu impleaded in all the above applications. Mr.Avinash Wadwani, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for Wakf Board.
2. Learned AG&OT states that the property vests with the Wakf and the same has been
handed over to the Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, Chennai on 27.06.2023.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Wakf has admitted that the Wakf Board has taken possession and control of the property. Therefore, this Court finds no necessity to keep these applications pending. Therefore, all applications viz., A NO. 4369 of 2011, A NO. 7590 OF 2014 and A NO. 4370 OF 2011 stand closed. 20-02-2025 ds Internet : Yes / No
