This application has been filed seeking to permit the applicant to grant two weeks further time for the payment of Court Fee of Rs.15,00,000/-to the plaintiffs in the above suit.

2. At the request of the learned counsel for the applicants, time is extended for paying the remaining Court fee for the enhanced suit value and the Court fee shall be paid on or before 11.03.2024. If at all, the Court fee is not paid on the enhanced suit value, the plaintiff cannot be permitted to pursue the suit relief.

3. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
