This petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 9 to 11 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent and add them as respondents 10 to 12 in the above appeal. 2.No representation for the proposed party as well as for the respondents and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.649 of 2005 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
